We use a number of couriers depending where you are. Most locations are eligible for next working day delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders the same day they are received for next day delivery (when ordered before 1pm on a working day), but please allow up to 3 working days. In rare cases we might be waiting for new stock and your order might take up to a week.
If you urgently need your order tomorrow, please call us or email sales@capatexcare.co.uk to check stock before ordering.
Parcels are wrapped discreetly so that no identifying marks are visible.
Products are sent either in a plain box or in plain plastic mailing bags depending on the size of the items in your order.
During checkout, if you have special instructions for the courier please enter them in the "order comments" box.
Postage is now FREE on orders over £100.
We don't ship or deliver on weekends or bank holidays. If ordered after 1pm on a Friday or over a weekend your delivery will arrive on the following Tuesday.
